Where we ship

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders delivered to Ireland, Italy, Romania and the United States, with no minimum spend. All prices in our store are shown exclusive of VAT, customs duties and import taxes. Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) / Delivered At Place (DAP) basis: Import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees are not included in the price and are collected from you (the customer) by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

We process and ship orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time

  • Order cut-off: Orders placed before 15:00 CET/CEST, Amsterdam time, on business days start processing the same day. Orders placed after 15:00, on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day.
  • Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Delivery to Ireland, Italy and Romania: 5 to 7 business days after processing.
  • Delivery to the United States: 7 to 12 business days after processing.

Total delivery time: approximately 6 to 10 business days from order placement to arrival within Europe, and 8 to 15 business days for deliveries to the United States.

Orders ship directly from our partner warehouse. Actual times may vary slightly depending on your address in Ireland, Italy, Romania or the United States.

Import duties for orders to the United States

As set out under "Shipping costs" above, orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) / Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. For deliveries to the United States this means the following.

Until 29 August 2025, most shipments to the United States valued at USD 800 or less entered duty-free under the de minimis exemption (19 U.S.C. 1321(a)(2)(C)). That exemption has been suspended for all countries by Executive Order 14324. As a result, import duties and fees may now be charged on a shipment to the United States regardless of its value, including on low-value orders that previously arrived without any additional charge.

These duties and any associated clearance or brokerage fees are assessed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and collected from you by the carrier, either before or at the moment of delivery. They are not included in the price you pay at checkout, we do not receive any part of them, and we cannot calculate or prepay them on your behalf. The amount depends on the product category and its country of origin.

If you refuse to pay the duties on delivery, the parcel is returned to us by the carrier. In that case we refund the purchase price of the items once the parcel reaches us, less any return or re-import costs charged to us by the carrier.

Shipping itself remains free on all orders to the United States, with no minimum spend, as stated above.

Track your order

As soon as your order ships, you automatically receive an email with a track and trace link. You can also track your order here at any time.

Delayed or lost parcels

Is your parcel delayed beyond the expected delivery window, or does the tracking show no movement? Contact us at support@oda-travel.com and we will investigate immediately. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Optional Shipping Protection

For added peace of mind, we may offer optional shipping protection at checkout. This service provides coverage for your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you purchase shipping protection and experience one of these issues, you can file a claim for a replacement or refund. Please note that shipping protection does not cover delivery delays or packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs fees.
