Yes. You have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period plus an extended return window of up to 30 days after delivery. To start a return, email support@oda-travel.com and we will guide you through it.

Every product comes with a 2-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. If something is wrong, send our support team a photo and we will sort it out together.

Once your order ships, you receive an email with your track and trace code. You can also follow the link in your order confirmation.

Yes. All payments are processed over a secure, SSL-encrypted connection through Shopify, one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the world. We never see or store your card details.

Email support@oda-travel.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually still adjust or cancel it.
