If you believe your rights have been infringed

If you are a rights holder and believe that content on this website (a product image, description, trademark, or other material) infringes your copyright or trademark, please send us a notice containing:

• A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed
• The exact URL(s) on our site where the material is located
• Your full name, company name (if applicable), and contact details
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf

Please send this notice to support@oda-travel.com. We aim to review and respond to valid notices within 5 business days, and will remove or disable access to the reported content where appropriate.

Protection of our own content

Unauthorized copying or duplication of our original content, product photography, descriptions, or trademarks is not permitted. We actively monitor stores and marketplaces for violations.

Where a violation is found, we will file a formal DMCA takedown request directly with Shopify (or the relevant platform) against the infringing store. This can result in the removal of the infringing content, product listings, or in repeat cases, suspension of the infringing store’s account. Where applicable, we reserve the right to pursue further legal action for damages resulting from the infringement.
